ISA’s Artsakh Program focuses on geopolitical, legal, and socio-economic trends around Artsakh — and its people. The program provides rigorous, multidisciplinary analysis on the challenges confronting Artsakh, including Azerbaijan’s activities in the occupied territories and the exiled community’s precarious status within Armenia.
The program seeks to create a unique, credible, and independent platform for policymakers, experts and stakeholders to more closely interact, exchange information and collaborate — with the aim of advancing the interests of Artsakh.
