On June 12, ISA hosted a crucial discussion on the post-genocide recovery of the Yazidi community. The event explored the ongoing challenges faced by the community, focusing on the chronic issues in Sinjar, the planned closure of IDP camps in the KRG, and the continued efforts to rescue abducted Yazidis. The discussion also examined legal efforts to prosecute genocide perpetrators in Europe, while exploring ways to rebuild communal capacity and advance global recognition of the Yazidi genocide.
